Javier Torresdey

My name is Javier Torresdey and i am a student at the University of Texas at El Paso. I chose the topic of animal cruelty because all my life I have grown up in a farm . I have seen animals being slaughtered and many land owners mistreating their cattle. It would always make me mad seeing these animals being mistreated by their owners, and I just wanted to take closer look of what are the regulations and laws in the United States for animals.

Javier's Biography

I was born in El Paso were I attended Cathedral High School. I was the team captain for football and baseball. I am a Microbiology major at he Univerity of Texas at El Paso. I am part of and undergraduate research team called Phage hunters. I have also been part of the mpo team (medical profesions orgainization).
